This very clever lady behind the blog TOSCAminni designed a corset top out of a tee shirt! I'm not an expert in foreign language, but I think it's in written in German--so it might be hard for you to read. But, if you scroll down, there are some sketches of her design as well as photos of the finished project.
The back of the corset is closed by a strip of tulle that's laced up through some pretty floral eyelets. There is a link to the website where she got the embroidery design...also very cool. In addition to the eyelet, there is a matching embroidered buttonhole. Check it out!
